Ahhhhhhhhhh the good old About Us page - where would we be without them? Probably a lot less well informed....well.....kinda. Read on good sirs and madams, read on!

I've been involved with websites for a long time now - going on 10 years. Over that time I've used a LOT of different web hosts and learned a lot from my experiences. Basically there are thousands of web hosts out there but the vast majority of them are cheap and cheerful - mostly cheap and not very cheerful when it comes to helping you sort out tech problems or downtime.

This site is here to help you choose a web host that you'll like and that won't break the bank. Shock, horror I'm recommending web hosting companies here. Worse again I'm using affiliate links which means that if you buy your hosting through one of these companies I'll get paid a small commission for that sale. Difference is that I actually use the web hosting companies mentioned on this site - I use them personally for all of my own sites - from the huge to the tiny. So I can put my hand on my heart and recommend them knowing you'll have the same great experiences with them that I've had and if I make a few bucks for doing that.....hey shoot me! I can't live on fresh air guys!
